**Quiet Hours:** We kindly ask that guests maintain a respectful noise level after 10:00 PM. This ensures a peaceful environment for all guests in the building.

**Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio and on the property.

**Pets:** For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the studio.

**Waste Disposal:** Please dispose of your trash in the designated bins provided on the property.

**Cleaning:** The studio is cleaned regularly, and we ask that you leave it in a tidy condition upon departure. This includes washing and drying used dishes, wiping down surfaces, and emptying any waste baskets.

**Keys:** Please take care of the studio keys and ensure they are returned at the end of your stay. A replacement key fee will be charged for lost keys.

**Respect for the Property:** Please treat the studio and the property with respect and care. This includes avoiding unnecessary noise, damage to furnishings or decor, and respecting the privacy of other guests.
