Set amongst tranquil olive groves and fruit orchards on a soft green hillside, Casa del Pendio offers a serene country retreat with far-reaching views across the valley and the sea, creating an atmosphere of complete relaxation.
The covered veranda leads into a welcoming living room furnished with comfortable sofas, TV-sat and air conditioning, alongside a dining area, while the adjacent fitted kitchen provides direct access to an outdoor veranda arranged with a dining table and chairs, ideal for leisurely summer meals.
A charcoal barbecue is also available on the front veranda. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area, composed of one double bedroom with air conditioning, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The sea-view infinity pool measuring 4x8.50m is the standout feature of the property; the pool uses a special filtering system with lightly salted water that requires no chemical substances, and is surrounded by sunbeds and a beach umbrella.
Guidaloca Beach lies 6 km away, while the amenities of Castellammare del Golfo are located approximately 10 km from the house, and the charming village of Scopello with the Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve is 9 km away. The fireplace and wood oven cannot be used.
