Perfect for a romantic getaway, this apartment is in the very heart of the town with all the shops, restaurants, beaches and galleries just a short walk away. It is a haven for relaxation and ideally located for enjoying the stunning beaches of Porthmeor and Porthminster, or head out on the beautiful coastal path past Tregenna and Treloyan, and take in the amazing coastal views.


Enter the main front door of The Hobbit, go up the staircase and around the landing to the door for The Hobbit Loft (no.3). On this level you will find:

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric wall heaters, heated towel rail in bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None available and no room in bedroom for a cot.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No Pets. Communal Shared Entrance. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. No outside space or parking however the harbour and beaches are just moments away. Nearest public parking is the Island Car Park. It is possible to unload outside the property for a short period. The property will not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are a number of steps.
