Tucked away in a small private development, this delightful townhouse has been beautifully furnished to create an inviting family home. Set over 3 floors, the ground floor has a family bathroom, utility room and bedroom with a triple bunk. The first floor offers a stylish open plan kitchen/living room, benefiting from a Juliet balcony with sea views, whilst the top floor comprises of a large double bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
3 The Downs is located close to Durlston Country Park, with easy access to the nature reserve and South West Coast Path. Ideal for those wanting to explore the stunning Jurassic Coast and English countryside.
A 5 minute walk down the road will lead you straight into the town centre, with its interesting collection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants and of course the sandy beach and historic pier.
