Cook a special meal for your loved ones in the kitchen/diner which has a pop of coastal blue and glossy cabinets on the ‘U’-shaped fitted unit. Next to this is a wooden dining table with seating for four. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus two bedrooms – a double with marina views and a twin room. Outside is a patio with furniture.

During your stay on the east of the River Esk in Whitby, start your day with a stroll around the cobbled streets of the old town where you’ll find tea rooms, an art gallery, quirky shops and the 199 Steps which lead up to Whitby Abbey (all within 0.5 miles). Also on this side of the river is a small patch of sand, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum plus the Whitby Harbour East Lighthouse (within 1 mile). Cross the bridge to reach the centre of the town, Whitby Beach, Whitby Pavilion and the Dracula Experience (all within 1 mile).
