Welcome to your Parisian home away from home.
We are delighted to welcome you into this newly renovated Haussmann-style apartment, carefully decorated with comfort and modern elegance in mind. Located on the 3rd floor with an elevator, the apartment combines classic Parisian charm with contemporary amenities.
The Space
The spacious living area, with its parquet flooring and Haussmannian details, overlooks a quiet courtyard — offering a calm retreat right in the heart of the city. It’s the perfect setting for relaxing evenings, shared meals, or cozy movie nights.
The open fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, cooking essentials, and a dining area with a table and chairs. A comfortable sofa, armchair, poufs, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi make the space ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The apartment features two serene bedrooms, both facing the courtyard and wonderfully quiet. Each room includes a comfortable double bed and storage space for your belongings.
A working desk is also present, ideal if you need to work from home.
Bed linens and towels are provided for your stay.
The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine, and a hairdryer for your comfort.
The area next to the station can be very lively and is ideal for moving around, however the apartment is quiet and well isolated from any street noise.
You may hear some vibrations from the metro passing underground.
