Our group offers not one, but three apartments: two three-room apartments and one two-room apartment, all tastefully furnished and equipped with essential comforts such as TV, fridge with freezer, washing machine, and private uncovered parking. Two of the three-room apartments feature beautiful furnished terraces, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening under the Elba sky.

Located in a quiet area of Campo nell’Elba, these apartments are just a few minutes from the large sandy beach of Marina di Campo and close to the town center, full of restaurants, bars, and summer events. The location is ideal for those who want both convenience and relaxation: close to everything but without the noise of nightlife.

From the property, you can easily reach some of the island’s most beautiful beaches: Marina di Campo 600 m, Cavoli about 6 km, Seccheto 6.5 km, and Fetovaia 10 km.

We offer our guests discounted ferry rates, issuing the ticket directly with Moby or Toremar with discounts ranging from 20% to 30%, or we can send a link with a discount code to allow self-issuance of tickets also for low-cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our services, we also offer a discounted rental for both scooters and e-bikes.
The apartment Matilde is part of a complex of two other apartments that we offer, located in a quiet area of the municipality of Campo nell’Elba, just a few minutes from the town centre and about 600 metres from the long sandy beach of Marina di Campo.

Matilde is a cozy one-bedroom apartment, ideal for couples or small groups, accommodating up to 3 people. It features a living room with kitchenette, equipped with gas burners, fridge with freezer, and a single sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, and the bathroom is complete with a shower box.

Outside, guests can enjoy a furnished outdoor area, perfect for al fresco meals or moments of relaxation after returning from the beach. The apartment also includes a private uncovered parking space, particularly convenient during the high season.

Matilde’s location is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and practical holiday: close to the sea and local services, yet far enough from the evening bustle of the town centre. A simple and functional solution, ideal for those seeking relaxation and independence during their stay on Elba Island.

Important Notes:
Arrival: from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a €40 fee.
Departure: by 9:00 am.
Linen: the apartments are not equipped with bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented up to 7 days before arrival: €40 for a double bed set, €20 for a single bed set. Linen must be collected exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
