Spacious and bright studio apartment with closed equipped terrace overlooking the sea, in a residential complex with swimming pool. We are in Naregno, one of the longest beaches on the eastern side, a sandy mixed gravel beach that slopes gently, suitable for families with children, immersed in uncontaminated nature and characterized by crystal clear waters, normally less frequented than the others in the area and therefore perfect for those who love calm and an interesting starting point for snorkelling or underwater fishing.
It offers all possible services, bars, restaurants, sailing and catamaran school and diving center. We remember the proximity to the center of Capoliveri, reachable in just 3 km, a historic medieval village with a long tourist tradition capable of satisfying all tastes and different needs.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a residence with lift, of about 40 square meters, consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bed and double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; sea view terrace closed and equipped with outdoor furniture.
