Architect design maisonette in top location in Holland Park
My former London home, designed by a Danish architect and extending over three floors, with a double height living/kichen/dining area. Recently refurbished and in top condition, with modern danish furniture and lots of space. The free floating staircase is a piece of art ( done by a Serbian engineer/artist...) and is the key feature that connects all the house and allows in good light. Two large bedrooms with a shared ensuite bathroom at the top. Small terrace. Entrance is a private door from the road into a living area that leads to a triangular office area, and then onto the bottom floor which has industrial style polished cement floor, a big kitchen and counter bar, and table for 8 for dining. Another bathroom there with a shower and cool lighting. Underfloor heating in the bottom part. Washing machine and utility room.
