Please note the property is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

We also have a policy against the use of EV Car and Electric Scooter charging from the property, due to the fire risk and health and safety

Safety and security
This house is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.

Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the house as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.

Housekeeping
Before vacating the property, we ask that you please leave the cottage how you found it upon arriving. Please ensure that it is left reasonable clean & tidy. All perishable items removed and placed into outside bins, fridge & cupboard empty of food items, outside areas free of rubbish and debris. Ensure all windows are closed and doors locked before leaving.
