Just a few minutes from Sa Marjal beach in Son Servera, this delightful countryside retreat for up to 10 guests offers the perfect blend of tranquillity, natural beauty, and proximity to the sea â an ideal setting for families and groups seeking a relaxing yet charming escape.
The outdoor areas are designed to help you make the most of Mallorcaâs beautiful weather and the pleasure of open-air living. The spacious private pool, measuring 10 m x 5 m and treated with chlorine, offers plenty of room to cool off and relax, while the outdoor shower is ideal after a swim or a visit to the beach. The property also features a generous, fully fenced lawn that guarantees total privacy. A furnished porch and several terraces provide inviting spots for breakfast, quiet reading or simply unwinding in the sunshine. The built-in barbecue sets the scene for memorable family meals at sunset, creating an atmosphere of calm and genuine charm.
Inside, the house is arranged over two floors and maintains the warm character of a traditional home without giving up modern comfort. The living room, complete with a fireplace and Smart TV, opens onto the dining area, while the separate kitchen features induction hobs and comes fully equipped. There are four bathrooms with showers âtwo of them en suite. On the ground floor, youâll find four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds, all equipped with fans, heating, wardrobes and direct access to the outdoors. The upper floor is home to the fifth bedroom, furnished with two single beds, a fan, heating and its own private terrace. The separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. For families travelling with children, the property also provides two cots and two highchairs.
This welcoming house sits in a peaceful area north of Cala Bona, surrounded by residential streets and small local shops. From here, you can easily reach several rocky coves, ideal for short seaside walks. Close by lies Sa Marjal beach, a wide stretch of light-coloured sand thatâs usually quieter âperfect for a relaxed family day out. The promenade and harbour of Cala Bona are about 2 km away, reachable by car or bicycle, and from there you can continue on to Cala Millor and its long, inviting beach. A short drive will bring you to the Punta de nâAmer nature reserve, ideal for gentle walks and enjoying the views from its historic defensive tower. Youâll also enjoy quick access to Son Servera Golf course and to Porto Cristo, home to the famous Drach Caves. Itâs an area that blends tranquillity, nature and excellent connections.
