Mediterranean town house with private pool in Colonia de Sant Pere where 8 guests can spend a quiet holiday.
This wonderful Mediterranean style house has a large salt swimming pool of 8x3m and 0.4 to 1.8m deep that invites you to take a refreshing dip. The porch, with barbecue, is ideal for family meals or an aperitif while the rest of the family sunbathes on the sun loungers. The terrace becomes a place to relax in the open air where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book, for example. For your entertainment there is a ping-pong table. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.
The two-storey house consists of a living room, where you have satellite TV, separated from a second living-dining room by a very traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen with gas hob and electric oven also has a table for your breakfasts. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower complete this ground floor. Upstairs, you will have a bathroom with bathtub and 4 more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. For a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a highchair if you wish. Four fans, A/C system in the 4 bedrooms and up to seven radiators complete the equipment.
The surroundings of this property are very quiet as the village of ColĂČnia de Sant Pere is not extremely touristic. This property is situated in a small urbanisation close to the beach and the Club Nautico of this village. In the surroundings (about 4km away) you will find beautiful coves such as Cala Na Clara, which is characterized by its crystal clear waters and its tranquillity. You can also go for a walk or take a boat trip, as there are places that offer these services in the area. If what you are looking for is a beach of fine white sand, just 14 minutes away by car you will find Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterised by its crystalline waters and its wide beach. In this beach area there is a restaurant which serves fresh fish of the day. If you prefer a cultural visit, just 7 minutes away by car you have the village of Betlem where you can visit the hermitage and every Wednesday there is a market in ArtĂĄ, where there are also supermarkets.
