Our wonderful spacious Savoyard farmhouse is completely unique. Grand, yet welcoming, it combines two completely independent but linked living spaces which blend together perfectly for large families to enjoy.

Location:
Les Encarnes is situated between Les Gets and Morzine in the beautiful Nantcru area. The chalet is 3 minutes drive from the slopes (via the local's hot tip: the Ys Parking). If you prefer, Les Gets and Morzine (which has super quick access to Avoriaz) are a few minutes drive away. Alternatively a bus from the bottom of the driveway takes 4 mins and departs every 75 mins (timetable below)

The Space:
Les Encarnes has been a much loved family home for 25 years and we are delighted to share it with you.

Split between the "Upper Chalet" (3.5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) and "Apartment" (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), these two independent units provide spaces for all the family to enjoy time togheter, but also allowing separate areas for young families and teenagers to ejoy independence.
As you enter the chalet via the internal heated car garage, the ski boot room is just to the left. Straight ahead the corridor leads you to the Apartment and Chalet entrance. Head up the stairs and enojy the beautiful historic open space of the main lounge/dining/entertaining area. We have everything you need to make memorable meals for your group in the spacious kitchen accross the hallway. The master ensuite bedroom is set in its own wing, and separately located along the second wing is the second bedroom and family suite. Above the lounge a mezzanine area with games and a office desk to work from are located,

The apartment is ensconced on the ground floor. Originally designed to be an area where the farm's livestock were kept warm during cold Alpine winters, the space is now a beautifully refurbished and cosy living area with its own kitchen and living room space. The master bedroom is located via its own corridor and bedrooms 2 and 3 are along the main apartment corridor, the kitchen and dining space are open, adjacent to the living room area, with tiled floors and exposed beams all around.

The house is the perfect setting for families, with the upper chalet entertaining space suitable for the entire group and the apartment a perfect getaway for teenagers, or a separate space for families with young children.

For the family, we have loads of entertainment, DVDs, PS3, Board Games, Freesat TV, chessboard and for younger children we have 3+ high chairs, 2 travel cots, a larger crib (wooden 70 x140), a secure baby playpen, childrens toys and cutlery.



Outside:

Les Encarnes has a lovely garden with hot tub and bbq just at the end of the patio

Parking is really easy - we have a large driveway, plus space for a car in the internal heated garage, and for a further 2.3 cars in the external garages, all of which you are welcome to use.
