PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our 'first/last reminder', PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a ÂŁ200 security/police callout surcharge

- Customers will be invoiced for any preventable lockouts/toilet blockages requiring a locksmith/plumber respectively
