Casa Quercia occupies the entire southern portion of the smaller farmhouse, a carefully renovated two-storey former stone barn with traditional Tuscan beamed and brick ceilings and terracotta floors. Every window is like a painting of the landscape.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where two more spacious and bright double bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom with a window and a spacious shower.

Recently renovated, the house combines tradition and contemporary comfort.

For sunset dinners, there's a large table under the west-facing porch, while for afternoon moments in the shade and for greater privacy, there's a private, fenced-in garden facing east with views of Volterra.

Air conditioning (or heating in the colder months), mosquito screens on the bedroom windows, linens included, and a washing machine convenient for longer stays.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, but there's no TV, encouraging relaxation and a connection with nature.

Kindly note that breakfast is not included when renting the apartment, and we are unable to provide it upon request.

Thanks to the fast and stable Wi-Fi connection, this apartment is also ideal for a remote work stay during autumn or winter.
