The Space:

This spacious and well-appointed villa offers a relaxing setting in a quiet and established area of Calahonda, within easy reach of local amenities and the sea. Designed for comfort and practicality, it accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including a master with en suite, and three bathrooms distributed over three levels. There is the option to also make use of the sofa bed in the lounge area on request.



The interiors are bright and welcoming, with air conditioning throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable lounge with Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, with ample storage and everything needed for home cooking.



The outdoor areas are a standout feature of the property. A mature garden filled with palms, fruit trees, and tropical plants creates a peaceful and private environment. The saltwater pool can be heated outside the summer months for an additional cost, making it enjoyable year-round. Several terraces provide space for dining, relaxing, and enjoying the surroundings, including a covered dining area and shaded veranda. A barbecue area is also available for outdoor meals.



The villa backs onto a scenic dry riverbed trail, offering a pleasant route for walks towards the beach and adding to the sense of privacy and connection to nature.



The layout is spread across three levels. The main floor includes a bedroom with garden views, a full bathroom, and the kitchen and living areas. The upper level features two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and access to a spacious terrace. The lower level has a separate-access bedroom and bathroom, ideal for older children, teenagers, or guests seeking extra privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the villa, garden, and pool area. Private parking is available for up to two cars, including a gated carport.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in a शांत and well-established residential area of Calahonda. Restaurants, supermarkets, and local amenities are within walking distance, and the beach can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The area offers a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to lively coastal spots.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for convenience, although many amenities are within walking distance. The villa is well positioned between Marbella and Fuengirola, both reachable in around 10 minutes by car, and is just a short drive from Cabopino Marina.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated outside the summer months for an additional fee of €200 per stay (up to 7 nights). For stays over 7 nights the price is €200 per week.



Airport chauffeur transfer: €60 for up to 4 passengers max



Travel cot: Must be ordered in advance. 1 is included in the price - additional cots are €25 each.

High chair: Must be ordered in advance. 1 is included in the price - additional cots are €15 each.



Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability, for €250 permitting check-out up to 16:00.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are given privacy to enjoy their stay, but support is available if needed. Our team is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm.
