We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, its location, and our staff, and that overall your family had a great stay. We would, however, like to provide a little perspective for those reading this review. Your arrival was just one week after a major hurricane caused significant damage throughout our area. At that time, many local residents, including some of the people who maintain and service the resort, were still dealing with damage to their own homes, power outages, and the aftermath of the storm. While we certainly understand wanting everything to be perfect on vacation, getting the resort operational and ready to welcome guests so soon after the hurricane was a tremendous undertaking. Unfortunately, replacing poolside furniture and providing additional umbrellas were not at the top of the priority list while storm recovery was still underway. We appreciate your acknowledgment that both our team and the resort staff were responsive to your concerns. Some things simply take longer to resolve, particularly under such extraordinary circumstances. We’re happy your family was able to enjoy the beach, heated pool, and beautiful location, and we hope your next visit will be under much calmer circumstances!

A new kitchen table and two beautiful new living room chairs that rock and swivel made this beach front condo even more special. We also updated the master bedroom with a desk - while we hope our guest relax, this gives you a place to catch up on work with the free WIFI if needed!
