It is an interesting city from both a historical, naturalistic and culinary point of view. The “Santuario Nostra Signora del Suffragio” is one of the main attractions of the city: it is in Baroque style and houses valuable stuccos, sculptures and works of art dating back to the Byzantine era. Do not miss the Parish Church of Nostra Signora delle Grazie where, according to an ancient legend, one of the thorns of Christ’s crown is kept.
