The next door leads to the dining room, furnished with a wooden eight-seater table, ideal for dinner with friends and family. Adjacent to the dining room is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, offering direct access to the private outdoor courtyard. A windowed bathroom with a large shower and washing machine completes the living area. On the other side of the entrance hall is the sleeping area, comprising a first bedroom with a double and single bed, wardrobe, and desk, and a second bedroom with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.
