No. 39, a house over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and coffee machine, dining table for 6, a sitting room with Sonos surround sound system, Smart TV, electric fire, and armchair and two sofas, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, second-floor king-size with en-suite, and truckle (pull-out bed). There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and private parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, one extra dog on request. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved ones at No. 39.
