This stylish and comfortable apartment offers a bright, modern space ideal for families, friends or professionals looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in East London. Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, it features a welcoming layout, tasteful interiors and all the essentials needed for a seamless city break or longer stay.
Situated on the third floor, the flat includes two well-sized double bedrooms and two bathroomsâone with a walk-in shower, the other with a combined bath and shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four guests, with space for an additional two on the double sofa bed in the living room.
The heart of the flat is a bright and airy living area, complete with a comfortable sofa and a large window letting in plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes cooking at home effortless, while the adjoining dining space offers the perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast or evening meal. Guests can also enjoy a private balcony for a breath of fresh air, or head up to the buildingâs communal roof terrace on the fourth floor for open views across the surrounding neighbourhood.

Steps away from the flat is Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, a beautiful 27-acre nature reserve which is one of London's 'Magnificent Seven' Victorian-era cemeteries.
For dining and socialising, Mile End has plenty to offer. Enjoy a hearty roast or craft beer at The Morgan Arms, a beautifully restored Victorian pub, or try delicious Thai food at The Rusty Bike. The nearest Underground station is Mile End, just a few minutes walk from the flat, offering quick and easy access to the rest of London. Served by the Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines, you can be in the West End, the City or Stratford within minutesâmaking it an ideal base whether youâre exploring Londonâs landmarks or commuting for work.

* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours

* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
