- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. This home has air conditioning in both bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen area. The heating will be turned on from October to May, and the air conditioning will be used from May to October. The AC will be out of use from October to May. The heating will be out of use from May to October. Please note that both cannot be used at the same time. This home is on the third floor with elevator access. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. There is currently some construction in the building as one new Élysée Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in February 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents.
