External and internal PVC windows with double glazing, internal lighting completely LED with intensity regulation, high efficiency appliances and induction hob, guarantee functionality and efficiency.

La Pieve is on the first floor of the building, upon entering you will immediately find yourself in a corridor from which going to the right you will pass in front of the second bathroom and you will arrive in the kitchen and the living area, while going to the left you will arrive directly in the master bedroom with private bathroom.

La Pieve is a comfortable solution for families and friends that will surely guarantee you a stay with relaxation and comfort brought by the location and the comforts of the structure.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly air conditioning system that maintains an optimal and constant temperature of 24/25°C, ideal for your health. The house is not designed to reach temperatures below 23°C.

Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.



Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory €30 fee per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.



Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax (children under 14 do not pay).
