Prefect for our family

The house was as advertised. The pool was awesome for the kids and the jacuzzi was great for the adults. The bedrooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied and the gas grill worked great. We will be back for sure!

La Quita Outing

Nice home with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, pool and spa, lots of towels and cooking utensils. Property manager super nice and very helpful with the walk through to get acquainted with the property. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place

I stayed for a few days with friends and family. Exactly what you’d want for a couple of days relaxing by the pool. Also good restaurants are not too far away which is nice if you’re feeling like ordering in. Overall great experience. Property management is very responsive too. Thanks!

A gem

This property was beautiful. We usually spend thanksgiving in Palm Springs but decided to try La Quinta this time and we were happy that we did! Very close to all amenities/shopping and the house was clean and well laid out. The pool was perfect for younger kids, not deep enough for (tall) teens to jump in.

We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable. The check-in was smooth. Only wished there were working TVs in all of the rooms and that the game room had air conditioning. It was too hot so the kids didn’t use it at all. Great stay overall.

Comfy Oasis in the desert

This house is well suited for a large family with two ample size bedrooms with bathrooms that could both serve as master suites and two guest bedrooms (one with queen bed and another with twin beds) sharing a bathroom that are perfect for kids or teenagers. The kitchen has a large center island and opens to a nice living room overlooking the beautiful backyard, which has a large pool and hot tub and plenty of seating for lounging or enjoying an outdoor meal near the bbq. It is centrally located in the east desert with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Although it is not in a gated community or on a golf course, it is in a nice neighborhood and provided a perfect respite for our weekend at Coachella.

New Year's Eve Getaway

This property was even better than online! The pool and spa were amazing. The beds comfy. The towels fluffy. The kitchen has many utensils, spices, pans and appliances to cook meals. Tons of plates, silverware and glasses to use. TVs in many of the rooms. We got to watch college football and then head out to bars during the night. The check-in was seamless. The keyless entry made it easy for anyone in our party to come and go as they pleased. Centrally located and could get to different areas of town quickly. Great for a group of friends to get together.

Nice, clean property

Overall a very nice property and stay. We stayed for 7 days- Disappointed that backyard lights were not working correctly which kept us from enjoying the pool at night after 8:30pm since it was so dark. Notified management and they quickly responded saying the owner is aware, but problem can’t be fixed by the electrician until after our stay. Owner requests thermostat stay at 75 degrees. AC stays on auto and there were long periods of warm temperatures in the house. No extra toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, or napkins in stock, so we had to buy our own.

Good Location, house could use a little work

+ Great location! Nice neighborhood. + Kitchen: nicely laid out. Well stocked - Coasters: instructions request the use of coasters; however there were none to be found! - Guest bath needs work. Sink does not drain, shower curtain continually falls off, toilet is too small, shower is difficult to turn on/off. - Guest bedroom (w/twins) is not appropriate for adults. Twin beds with wooden frames are extremely difficult to maneuver around and take up too much space. Not nearly enough room to be useful. - Furnishings: barely adequate. Too sparse and doesn't give that "desert feel". Need window coverings in living room as sun is brutal in the morning. Cannot escape from it. - Guest room: TV does not receive signal - useless. - Automatic lock: I understand the reasoning for it, but it is a pain when we are coming in and out. - Cameras: again, we understand why, but it feels intrusive and creepy in general. Overall, just so-so. Probably wouldn't rent it again. This needs a little sprucing up to compete with all the other rentals in the Coachella Valley.

Thanks for the detailed review, Dawn. In the future please contact our property management team, who does the onsite Checkin service, with any items like the clogged sink and TV so we can repair immediately. The TV in the guest room was most likely just set to the wrong input, as they all work fine, and the sink we would have had a plumber onsite right away to clear the clog. We have added a bunch of new furniture and art recently along with replacing the shower knob. Guest feedback like yours helps us improve so we do appreciate it and we do hope you stay with us again.

La Quinta family Thanksgiving week

This property was great and more than met our needs for a fun family week away for Thanksgiving. The house was very clean, manager was responsive and the house was as described. Will definitely be looking for this property again if we go the La Quinta area I’m the future!

3 day getaway

We had a blast experiencing our rental home and made many memories! It was a fun trip, wish we had AC in the game room but other than that we beat the heat either being in the pool or enjoying our time with some mimosas and watching straight outta Compton lol. We had many great meals but couldn’t get the grill to start on but had fun making the meals inside! Overall great experience in such a beautiful home. Thanks again for letting us stay in this amazing home and would love to book again when the time comes!

Great Spot for a Getaway

I was extremely happy with our vacation here. The property management company was very clear on check in instructions the day of arrival, even creating a group text thread with me to give me specifics beyond the emailed check in instructions. They were always available to answer any questions I had regarding the home, as well as the pool and spa. The house itself is spacious and comfortable - great sleeping arrangements, a large living room and kitchen, and a great outdoor pool area! I would definitely recommend this home to other people traveling to La Quinta. Once the trip ended my family and I had nothing but good things to say about our experience, and would book this house again if we had another vacation in La Quinta.

Not as expected

The pictures look great, but are slightly deceiving. The house is nice and spacious and pool is awesome, but there were a few minor issues that were disappointing. We thought it was a resort home. The master bedroom shower did not get any hot water, vertical blinds were missing or broken, and found bugs crawling around in the master bath. There was a massive red ant hill in the backyard and a lot of flies. One of the guest bathroom sinks also did not drain. The house needs a little TLC and maintenance, but overall is just ok not spectacular.
