Sparkling New 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Private Pool Home With Incredible Views

Welcome to your brand-new gorgeous Two-Story home in the newly developed exclusive Signature section of PGA West in sunny La Quinta, California. This brand-new open-concept home is located on the 18th hole of the famed PGA West Stadium Course allows you to enjoy the fantastic PGA Lifestyle and also enjoy its gorgeous views! The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and ample counterspace along with a large island with bar seating and is open to the entire spacious two-story living area. There is also a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen for your storage needs. The combined Living and Dining area has more than enough seating along with a 75-inch flat screen television mounted above the fireplace. From the light filled Two-Story living room you see the incredible views of the backyard and lake. This home has a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a 40-inch flat screen television, large walk-in closet and a sparkling ensuite bathroom. The first and second guest bedrooms have queen size beds and both have full bathrooms. There is a loft upstairs with a queen size foldout bed and has great views of the mountains, backyard and pool area. The home has a laundry room as well.
The covered patio off the family room has a table with seating for 6 and additional outdoor seating for 5. There is also an outdoor BBQ for all your grilling needs on the side patio off the kitchen and a 58-inch Patio Pool TV for you on the covered patio. The pool and spa area also has four lounge chairs to lay back in and just enjoy our beautiful southern California sun and the magnificent views.

We will require a copy of the main renter's photo ID, the contact information for a secondary contact person, as well as your full guest list. La Quinta City noise ordinance states there is to be no sound amplification permitted outside whatsoever (day or night), and outdoor voices must be kept to a reasonable level or you are at risk of being fined. Great home, with pool issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home, great master bedroom, other bedrooms had terrible mattresses.and bedding. Paid $250 extra for pool heater for 5 day stay.Pool & Spa were not clean, reached out to property manager twice to have pool cleaned, was told “ tremendous winds” before we checked in on Monday pm was reason debris was in pool. Was told pool service would clean on either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday! Pool was not cleaned during our stay. So I wasted $250 on fee to heat pool.

The team at Royale is excellent to work with. The home was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our group. We can't wait to return and enjoy this beauty again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prefect Vacation Rental! Flow of the home was very accommodating for our group. The beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect. The smaller rooms beds seemed like double beds vs a queen bed but other than that- great! Make sure to bring extra trash bags and dish soap if you are staying for more than two days. We will be back for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is nice and new as described. I chose a home where we could enjoy a nice view out on the patio, but unfortunately there was a huge tent right outside of the back yard, blocking the entire view. The PGA tour coming up set up early. We also had to stay there the first evening until 9:00 to wait for maintenance to get the heat working.
