âą After booking, weâll send you a short check-in form to complete. This will ask for details such as full name, email, phone number, photo ID, and your proposed check-in time. Please note that the form must be completed and returned at least 24 hours before arrival to secure your check-in
The parking spots closest to the front door are on Templemore avenue on both sides of the road - no yellow lines or parking restrictions.
Interaction with Guests:
Just before check-in day you will receive details of the person who will arrange to meet you at the property, take you to the apartment and show you around. You will have their direct number if you need it for check in. For anything else that is not related to check in you should reply to the main booking message threads so that the whole team sees it.
