Throw a pin into the centre of Belfast and it would land right here! Nestled off beautiful Alfred Street you have the famous bars and eateries of the Dublin Road to one side, the tourist attractions of the city centre to the other, and the world famous St George's market is just around the corner! Recently refurbished to a high standard and boasting free parking, comfy double beds, crisp hotel style white linen, smart TV and all the mod cons you could need :) Enjoy your stay!
The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free parking. All rooms have double beds (one with en suite) with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
We have a balcony so you can enjoy some fresh air and soak up the hustle and bustle of Belfast
The bathrooms have been stylishly redecorated and we supply shower gel and shampoo.
Parking is free and secured.
The Area
Our apartment is located in an incredible part of the city and you are walking distance to pretty much anything. You are very close to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.
If you are here for a show or Ice hockey at the SSE Arena, we are only about 20 minutes walk across the beautiful footbridge so you could not get a better location!
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point - anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.
We love our community and will tolerate any behaviour that impacts our neighbours right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
