- Linen and towels provided
Manual portable fan available for hotter days.

- Please provide 2hrs notice of your arrival to allow me to travel home to meet you.
- Early check-in available (£15/hour, subject to availability)
- No smoking, vaping, candles, flammable materials, or hair dye use inside. £200 smoking fee applies.
- A set of keys and door code will be provided for you to keep during your stay.

Washing machine available on site, please use own detergent. Wash as close to 10kg as possible instead of a few items at a time. Daytime use only due to noise restrictions.

Cat: Please be kind and respectful to beautiful, docile Bhels who uses the garden space from time to time. She is not allowed in the bedsit, do not feed her. She is DEAF in both ears, very sensitive and prone to infection - do not stroke, or wash hands before stroking.
