This truly special home is located only minutes away from many museums, famed restaurants and more, while giving you a contemporary high-end space to relax and unwind. With 6 bedrooms and ample living space it's the ideal home for a group of friends or families.



The Space:

The home is located in the very sought-after neighbourhood of Bayswater, with attractions, shops, restaurants and more in walking distance. It offers you a very large living and dining area with cool art, comfortable furniture and windows in the ceiling which flood the space with tons of natural light. The living room features elegant design, a large and cosy sofa and a flat screen TV, ideal for evenings after a long day of exploring London. The dining room is big enough to fit all your guests and give you the chance to enjoy meals together. Its contemporary design is understated, well designed and clean. Only second away is the kitchen which is outfitted with all amenities and ready for you to use. All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses and sleep 2 guests each. Two bedroom comes with a king size bed and the other 4 feature double beds. There is also a sofa bed sleeping 2 guests in the living room. There are five bathrooms throughout the home, with showers and bathtubs. All the bathrooms are clean and neat and one is en suite for guests added convenience. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also offers a spacious balcony, ideal to relax during warm weather days.



Guest Access:

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in one of London’s best, safest and most sought-after neighbourhoods, offering you beautiful streets with lots of greenery around. You’re also only minutes away from the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods, Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and more. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.



Getting Around:

Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.



Other Things to Note:

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. It’s worth noting that this home has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!).



House Rules



• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional £50 fee.
