Apartment was comfortable for our 5 night stay. Be aware that keys do need to be picked up about a 10-15 minute walk (this is in their information). Lots of good restaurants in area.

great apartment spotless and quiet location

this apartment out shines all the hotels in the area . i work in London once a year and I will be using you again next year. the cleanliness is a credit to your cleaning staff. comfy bed and all you need for your stay in the apartment.

The apartment is centrally located which was a plus. Sadly the plus ends there.We didn’t receive the check in details until I chased several time post 2pm check in time. The property is listed as sleeping 4 people but there were no bed linen, pillows or duvet cover and no towels for the sofa bed. I called and messaged the host (to no reply) and escalated to VRBO who also tried to call the host with no luck. I eventually took matters into my own hands and ran to Primark before closing at 10pm to buy a sheet, duvet, pillows and bed clothes for the sofa bed. The only reason we didn’t leave was that my children were already sleep and it was 9:30pm when we realised. The following day we had to buy towels. The apartment was missing a hairdryer which was also listed and the hall smelled of cigarette smoke which make the apartment smoky too.The bathroom sink also drained so slowly it spits hair back up into the sink. Such a shame as it’s a lovely property and so central otherwise. I am now chasing a refund and reimbursement of the items I had to buy. Matched with having to collect keys from a convenience store and the poor check in experience - I’d avoid. The hosts have yet to reply save for asking me to check cupboards. Which I had.
