The accommodation overlooks a busy pedestrian street that connects Via Roma, adjacent to the Duomo, to Via della Giudecca and the Jewish district. The street is well known for being consistently landscaped by residents with flower and plant decorations. The interior layout of the apartment includes a kitchen equipped with an oven and kettle, as well as a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, TV and balcony overlooking the typical alley. This space leads to the lofted area of the triple bedroom, furnished with two single beds and a single pouf bed. The sleeping area is also composed of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a windowed bathroom with bidet and shower, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. Near the entrance with hallway is a second service bathroom, equipped with toilet and sink.



Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, and air conditioning in the living room and rooms are available to guests.

Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, named after the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a free beach called Cala Rossa. Venturing further south, about 30 km, we find beautiful unspoiled and rugged beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Wildlife Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. Not to be missed is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the fishing village of Marzamemi.
