Villa Amorosa is a charming and comfortable single-storey residence located in the peaceful area of Binibeca Vell, just a two-minute walk from the picturesque fishing village and a ten-minute stroll from the golden sands of Binibeca beach. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a tranquil coastal escape, the villa is conveniently positioned approximately seven minutes by car from Sant Lluís, where guests will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and other essential amenities. The island’s capital, Mahón, along with additional beaches along the south coast, can also be reached within a ten-minute drive, and the airport is only 15 minutes away.



The villa's exterior features a spacious and fully enclosed garden planted with vibrant flowers and Mediterranean shrubs, complemented by an artificial lawn and a selection of sun loungers for unwinding by the private swimming pool, which measures 8 metres by 5 metres. A shaded porch adjoins the dining area and is furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco meals, while the poolside terrace also offers comfortable garden sofas for relaxation in the shade or sun.



Inside, Villa Amorosa is tastefully furnished and designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. The accommodation is arranged on one level with some internal steps and comprises a welcoming lounge, an elevated dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden, two twin bedrooms, and a second full bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the villa is equipped with a television, DVD player, WiFi, a washing machine, iron, and a built-in barbecue.



Included in the rental are air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen, and towels, with linen and towel changes provided every ten days. A final cleaning is also included. Optional services are available for an additional cost and include a baby high chair (€50 per booking), cot (€50 per booking), bed guard (€2.15 per night), additional fans (€2.00 per night), a food pack (€50 per booking), maid service (€25 per hour), pool towels (€2.00 per night), and pet accommodation (€100 per booking), with pets allowed except for dangerous breeds.



The property is licensed under registration number ET0878ME. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required per booking, held by credit card at the time of final payment. Tourist tax is included in the rental rate. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please note, Villa Amorosa does not accept bookings from groups under the age of 25.
