Cosy detached villa with private pool near the beach

Villa Natalia is a lovely villa in a quiet part of Binibeca Nou and in walking distance from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Cala Torret.
The interior of the villa is bright and spacious. The entrance hall leads to a lounge / dining room with a sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player with a collection of DVDs and a dining table with chairs. Sliding doors lead directly to the outside pool and the covered terrace.
The well equipped kitchen also has direct access to the terrace and has a dining table, an electric oven, an electric stove, microwave, dish washer and a big refrigerator. A washing machine is in the garage.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms each with two single beds and a joint bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. All bedrooms have in build wardrobes, air condition and direct access to the pool area.
On the first floor there is an additional bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (big oval bathtub), air condition, in build wardrobe and access to the roof terrace with remote sea view.
Two travel beds for babies and toddlers are available.
The pool area is surrounded by a hedge offering a convenient privacy and private parking away from the street. The pool is ca. 9 x 4 metres with roman steps and surrounded by a terrace with lounges and a table with chairs. If needed, a mobile pool fence can be installed to keep toddlers away from the pool.
Wifi internet connection is available. Two satellite dishes offer access to a large variety of English, German and other international channels, Spanish TV is also available.
