- Meter Readings: A picture of the meter is taken before check-in and after check-out. Guests may also take their own readings for reference.
- Payment Options: Leave cash before check-out or pay online (+3% transaction fee).

Please don’t flush paper or anything else down the toilet.

Use the bin provided — if a clog happens due to flushing, the repair cost will need to be covered by the guest.

Our staff will always announce themselves before entering. If no one answers, they’ll proceed with their work quietly.
