Un front de mer villa de luxe indépendante avec piscine chauffée et vue imprenable

La Sabana est un luxe 260m² villa sur un terrain élevée (1200m²) avec de fantastiques vue imprenable sur la Méditerranée. Ses jardins paysagers mènent directement vers le front de mer. La plage est à une courte promenade et à quelques pas de la fin du jardin.
La villa de trois étages est entièrement meublé et climatisé (inclus dans le prix). Le salon spacieux plan ouvert et salle à manger cuisine de taille sont reliés à une véranda couverte par deux grandes portes-fenêtres faisant la plupart des superbes vues ouvertes. La véranda avec coin salon et salle à manger donne sur la taille moyenne piscine chauffée au-dessus et le front de mer. Un coin barbecue est fourni et il y a une douche discrète adjacente à la piscine.
Une télévision dans le salon, ainsi que d'un récepteur satellite, un lecteur CD et une boîte de pomme sont fournis. WiFi est disponible (gratuit). Chauffage de la piscine pendant la saison froide est disponible pour toute la période par arrangement préalable (Ceci entraîne des frais pour toute la période pour couvrir les dépenses).
Deux des chambres, qui ont leur propre salle de bains privative, donnent sur la mer et de partager un balcon en bord de mer.
Il y a un parking de la rue (3 voitures).

Cyprus holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, the views are amazing. It was lovely to be able to walk down to the beach and swim in the sea which we did every day. We found the supermarket in Paphos very good and used Bolt taxis to get about. The turtle watching trip was excellent, and we had a great meal in Coral Bay on our last night. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was excellent.

End of summer holiday

We spent a fabulous ten days in this beautiful villa late August, early September 2024 whilst attending a family wedding. The villa had everything we could ask for and the view over the bay was spectacular both day and night. The outside space was particularly generous around the pool and eating area with an extended garden area leading down to a coastal path. The owner, Bee, was always available by email and responded very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and will hopefully return.

Beautiful

I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful villa. It is modern, clean and well maintained set in beautiful grounds with superb views out to the sea and mountains with a great pool. We hired a car, but there is a regular bus service into both Coral Bay and Pathos which we used in the evenings. The sea you beach bar which is a ten minute walk is well worth a visit to watch a stunning sunset over a few drinks. The owner Bee was instantly contactable to deal with any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot for our group of four couples to attend a wedding in Paphos (about a 15 min taxi) followed by three wonderful vacation days. The location is perfect and Dee is the ultimate host.

Great Location, Amazing Views

Location is brilliant, views are fabulous. 20 Min drive from Pathos Airport and very easy to find. Quiet road, but within easy driving distance to Pathos, Pathos Old Town, Coral Bay. The owner Bee is great and at all times she is easy to get hold of and comes back straight away.

Beautiful villa and great location

Superb property, well equipped, wonderful location. Views and sounds of the ocean are brilliant. Very conveniently located for both the coral bay area and the paphos mall and marina. Bee (the owner) was lovely and very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at this villa.

No surprises, the villa was exactly as expected from the description and photographs - perfect. The property is well appointed and very clean. A short drive from the beach, restaurants etc. at Coral Bay. Great communication from Bee, the owner, and would definitely recommend.

Family reunion

This property was absolutely beautiful. Perfectly located close to restaurants, shops and a very short walk to the Mediterranean Sea. Our family met from different countries for our stay and had an amazing time. The added bonus was all the different fruit trees on the property. Fresh peaches, lemons and apricots everyday! Bee was very quick to respond to messages and is a wonderful host. Thank you! We will definitely return to this property next time we visit Cyprus.

Wonderful

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views. The outdoor pool area is spacious with different areas to relax with shady areas which was very much appreciated because the weather was very hot whilst we were there. A very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The air con was great to have as it was very hot at night. The welcome pack was very helpful as our flight was delayed and we arrived late to the villa. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and cannot wait to return Thanks Bee for letting us celebrate my 60th Birthday in your stunning villa.

5 Star Luxury.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This is a stunning villa with views to die for. The villa is situated just off the main road between paphos and coral bay, and overlooks the bay. The standard of fixtures and fittings was very good indeed and the owner has gone to great lengths to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. It really does have everything, notes were there with instructions for everything.. Quality bedding and good airconditioning. The swimming pool was bigger than some hotels we have been in. We hired a car, and there is good sheltered parking on the grounds. I have nothing negative to say about this villa, except for the fact that we had to leave. First class, well done owner.

Relaxing, beautiful

Property, facilities and location was fantastic. We had a lovely time sitting by the pool and taking in the lovely views and hot sun shine. We hired a car which allowed us to visit other beautiful locations. We were welcomed with some necessary essentials, thanks they were well appreciated. Couple of improvements that would have made the whole experience that much better are, the pool being far to hot plus the water made our costumes and towels yellow and the advice not to swim in the pool during the hottest part of the day was not helpful. One other issue was the AC which was on a timer and through the night when it was very hot we had to get up to turn back on which resulted in unbroken sleep, every night. The WiFi was poor and the TV options did not meet our expectations as we could only access Netflix. We did not go on holiday to watch TV but what was advertised was not what was available. We feel that the above comments have previously been highlighted but obviously not addressed. Positives were the speed of the team responding to any issues and fantastic communications pre holiday and during our stay (Bee). Overall a Lovely stay and great accommodation and location.

Amazing Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at this lovely villa. We traveled as an extended family with ages ranging from 9 to 75. The villa was perfect for our needs especially the outside space, there is plenty of room by the pool or in the shade on the terrace and the view from the villa is amazing whether during the day, sunset or watching the lights twinkle on the hill side at night time. It is just a short walk out the back of the property to a great beach perfect for an early morning swim or a cocktail or 2 at the bar (sea View Bar) watching the sunset. Bee is a great host, providing us with accurate directions and check in instructions. She always responded promptly to any questions and was always so helpful. We had bbqs most nights after shopping at Philippos (great supermarket) but we did go to Samisen in Coral Bay which is really good and the show the chef puts on whilst cooking is such a laugh! If you are thinking of doing a turtle watching trip then we can thoroughly recommend going with Atlantis (Paphos harbour) the owner of the boat is so enthusiastic and passionate about the turtles, it was a great trip with lunch/dinner at Theo's on the harbour afterwards!

Outstanding villa with amazing view

Have just returned from an amazing holiday at this beautiful villa. From the outset when we first made enquiries about the villa the response we had was always immediate and fully answered our questions. Even though we arrived late at night at villa the view was beautiful then. However when we woke in morning it was absolutely spectacular.. The villa itself is first class and is very clean and extremely well equipped. The outside area again is first class. We spent nearly all of our time in the glorious pool as in August it was extremely hot. The BBQ area as well is great with plenty if eating areas. We had everything we could possibly want. It's location is ideal as it is peaceful but close to all amenities such as beach, supermarkets etc. we went to Sonny's restaurant which was within walking distance and had a superb meal. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The only downside was having to come home!!! Would love to return next year. Thanks bee for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Wish I was back there now

The villa was fantastic and the pool area was something special. One of the reasons we chose this villa was for the view and the outside area, which had fantastic furniture. We spent the days lounging round the pool area, taking a dip ( water was a tad too cold but very refreshing ). After dinner we sat in the outside sofas - my Daughter loved the swing and had a few glasses of wine listening to the sound of the waves - bliss. Many lovely restaurants but our favourite by a mile was TWEEDIES in Kissonerga village, just a 10 minute taxi ride - you really need to book though as it's small and very popular. Excellent bus service between Paphos and Coral Bay - Philipos supermarket deliver your shopping ( and you ) back to the villa - it's a free service but we always gave the driver 10 euro which was well worth it. The icing on the cake for me would have been if the beach directly below the villa was lovely and sandy to walk along and sit on but it's not unfortunately - but hey we can't have everything and to be honest the villa and pool are so amazing you won't want to tear yourself away. Wish I was back there right now!

Excellent well equipped villa great for chill out

The villa was exactly as descriped in all the literature. We have stayed in many villas before but I must say this villa is in the best location, waking up sitting on the veranda with that beautiful view, very relaxing Bee was very helpful throughout the process of booking and arriving at the villa. She made the whole process very easy with lots of relevant information. Bee also arranged the transfer from the airport for us which worked well. We did not hire a car and were a little sceptical as to the bus service however Cyprus has an excellent bus service you are able to catch the bus, new air conditioned buses from the end of the road they ran approx. every 10 mins to either Paphos or Coral Bay with the last bus at midnight. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 min walk and both were excellent. There was another couple slightly further away however we did not try them. The supermarket in Coral Bay was excellent we went and did our shopping and their driver brought us back to the villa along with the shopping. In both Paphos and Coral Bay there was lots of restaurants we ate in both places and had excellent food on the times we ate out.

A stunning luxury villa

We all loved our stay at LaSabana. The property itself is very attractive and superbly maintained, and can quite rightly be described as a luxury Villa. Set over 3 floors, there are 4 large double bedrooms (2 with ensuite on the top floor and 2 on the bottom floor with access to a shower room) giving privacy and space between you and the kids if you need it. A large fully fitted kitchen with a seperate indoor dining area leads out onto a beautiful varanda with plenty of space for outdoor eating overlooking the pool and stunning sea view. With a new leather suite in the lounge and everything looking spotless, there were plenty of luxurious touches for adults yet the villa felt very child and user friendly.The property owner proved to be excellent in providing highly detailed communications and pre-holiday information, which meant our journey and access to and from the property were pretty much stress free. Coral Bay Beach and associated bars and restaurants are just around the corner (5 minutes by car), Paphos airport 25 minutes away. We left with the UK bracing for the worst storms in years, and just over 4 hours later arrived in cloudless skies and a pleasant 26 degree heat. We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids), and we all hope you get chance to enjoy LaSabana just as much as we did.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

Our holiday here is sadly coming to an end. It has been the most relaxing holiday I think I have ever had, the villa is fantastic, the location is perfect and the views stunning, especially the sunsets. The owner Bee has been so helpful right from the initial booking and her agents Marcus and Tandy have been great too on the odd occasion we have had the need to contact them. The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean, plenty of sun beds and dining areas, we made good use of the BBQ too. There is a bus service at the end of the road which is great, runs every ten minutes between Coral Bay and Paphos which meant no need to drive to dinner and be able to enjoy a few drinks. We had two teenage boys with us and they used the service a lot, the last bus leaves either bus station at midnight so they were able to enjoy some free time without adults in tow! We felt totally safe and secure here which is also an added bonus. There are some great restaurants locally, Sonny's at the top of the road was good and quite often we just went for drinks and desserts after a BBQ. Sienna on the main road to Paphos near the Helios Hotel was excellent and we ate there a few times the kofta and Himalayan chicken were excellent. We also enjoyed Seriani and La Vigna both located on the strip at coral bay, managed a few cocktails at a couple of bars there too! We also went to the water park in Limassol and had a real fun day out, it took about an hour to get there but was worth the drive. Anyway if you choose to stay at La Sabana you will not be disappointed and hopefully we will be back next year. Thanks again Bee xxxx

Beautiful villa in a perfect location

We have recently returned from La Sabana and we are missing the views already! The villa is lovely and clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outside pool and deck area was amazing and I have never felt so relaxed looking at the views with a lovely sea breeze to cool me down a little.It is in a fantastic location between Coral Bay and Paphos and an excellent bus service runs from the top of the road every ten minutes so need to drive when you eating out. The local supermarket is well stocked and reasonable priced. We ate at several restaurants but our favourites were Sienna ( on the way to Paphos), Seriana and La Vigna in Coral Bay and Sonny's which is a few minutes walk from the villa. One restaurant that we visited on more than one occasion at lunch was Oniro By The Sea, it is on the way to The Sea Caves and although it has a small menu everything was exceptional and they offer a different special every day. Our party also consisted of two teenage boys and they seems to find plenty to keep them occupied, playing golf,visiting beaches and the water parks in the nearby hotels, again all rather easy thanks to the bus service which ran until midnight. We all went to the water park in Limassol one day which was excellent fun, it took about an hour to get there but well worth the drive. Bee was so helpful through the whole booking process and was always ready to help with any questions I had by responding to emails promptly. Marcus and Tandy look after things in Cyprus for Bee and they were both very nice and helpful too. What else can I say than I wish I was still there but I hope to return in 2015. Thanks again Bee for the use of your beautiful Villa. Wendy and Family.

Fantastic Holiday in a Beautiful Villa

This is the second consecutive year my family and I have stayed at LaSabana, the villa really is second to none. It is well equipped and sleeps eight guests more than adequately, the furnishings are of a high standard as are the towels etc. The villa had been cleaned to a very high standard when we arrived and again mid stay. Recently the owner Bee has replaced the outside furniture which is lovely and I spent many a night rocking away on the swing chair, the view from the villa is great and the sunsets beautiful. The pool area has many sunbeds and umbrellas and a built in bbq, the pool was crystal clear and very inviting. There is a beach within walking distance at Potima, you can swim here and the water is lovely providing you choose a day when the water is calm and the waves are not crashing onto the shore. There is a small bar ‘Sea You’ which became a favourite for lunch, the food is very good and there is a Sushi Bar and a Sunday BBQ. They also have the occasional band in the evening which attracts a large crowd. Although we hired a car the local bus service is excellent between Paphos and Coral Bay and runs into the early hours. Several bus passes are available from the bus depot in Paphos and they are great value. We have teenage boys and they had a great time at the Fasouri water park in Limassol (booked online through Thomson and conveniently picked up near the villa) they also visited the one in Paphos which whilst not as good, still fun. We were not concerned about safety whatsoever and felt happy for the boys to roam freely, the people really are lovely and helpful. As for restaurants there are numerous to choose from, a few favourites were Sonny’s (conveniently at the top of the road), La Villa Plagna (Italian) and Samisen ( Japanese which was good fun) both In Coral Bay. Grazie in Paphos was exceptional though a little more expensive. Harmony on the main road towards Paphos (walking distance) and last but not least Oniro By the Sea at Sea Caves, the menu is limited but they offer a daily special that is normally very good, the views are great as are the cocktails!! I am not sure what there is left for me to say other than Bee the owner is lovely and very accommodating, I feel like I have known her for years. Lastly If you visit La Sabana you will not be disappointed and I know WE WILL BE BACK!

Paradise on Earth

La Sabana is incredible - a true paradise on earth. From the moment we opened the stunning iron gates to this property, it took our breath away at every turn. The villa sits on a huge plot full of wonderful gardens and terraces, all kept immaculately… and when you open the front door, the beauty and space of La Sabana will simply blow you away. This is by far the best villa any of us have every stayed in, and words or pictures really can't do it the justice it deserves. The fixtures & fittings are all top quality; and the elegant, modern style of the place makes you feel truly pampered and 'spoilt'! The flow of the downstairs space is wonderful, with the large open-plan kitchen/diner leading down into the lounge, and wrap-around glass patio doors to really make the most of those incredible sea views. Once you slide open the doors to the patio, things just get even better… we ran out of 'wow's! The vista here - from the terrace (full of beautiful outdoor furniture), across the expansive pool area over to the crashing waves below - is simply breathtaking, and we will Always remember this. You can never tire of waking up to such a a view, and we felt like pinching ourselves every day just to make sure it was real…! If you take a walk down past the pool & to the bottom of the garden (also full of flowers, orange & lemon trees), you reach a path… Going left will take you up past the Vrachia hotel-apartments, to some little sheltered coves you can swim / snorkel in; and if you turn right, you can walk down to the Very large expanse of beach there, which we think is known as 'Banana Bay'? (There are banana trees everywhere in this area!) There's a beach bar here, or you can just walk along the beach and breathe in the calming ocean air. We hired a car for our fortnight, & this really worked for us - we took some drives along the coastline, & up into the Troodos mountains too… Amazing! (& a good adventure for any ambitious driver ;o) But we also used the great bus service - ideal for bars in Coral Bay! The boat trips from Paphos harbour are fantastic too - it's lovely to see the coast, and your villa, from out at sea! We holidayed in November and had gorgeous sunny, warm days; but also long nights - the sun goes down by 5pm. This does mean that the pool is cold, & several bars/restaurants are closed due to low-season. So we'd maybe choose earlier in the year next time... But this is a wonderful, one-in-a-million villa… and we really miss it!!!

Best sunset

We returned once again to this villa as you really can’t beat the outdoor space and view of the sunset! Such a relaxing location and Bee as always is superb in all her communications.

The owners (Bee and her husband) are a professional couple who live and work in the UK. They fell in love with Lasabana while on holiday in Cyprus and acquired it as a holiday home for them and their three sons to enjoy. .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Due to work commitments, the family are not able to use the villa as much as they would like to. However they are happy to share it with guests who appreciate a private and tranquil setting with uninterrupted stunning views of the mediterranean. Since purchasing the place in 2010, various updating and improvement projects have been undertaken. The latest of which is provision of heating for the swimming pool (2016).

In addition to the above, the position of this detached villa is very convenient for the airport, coral bay and Paphos irrespective of whether the guests choose to hire a car or not. Buses are frequent and for those with a car/s, there is space to park up to 3 cars. The villa has abundance of outside space and beautiful well maintained gardens. Shops, restaurants and beaches are either within walking distance or a very short drive / ride (by car or bus).
The kitchen is equipped with all the equipments and provisions required by guests.
Potential guests are advised to read the reviews which speak for themselves.
Furthermore, communication with Bee and her villa managers is easy. Bee supplies precise information to visitors and responds promptly to all e mails generated by potential and confirmed guests.
Guests are assured of a very clean and well set accomodation. Bee can also recommend a taxi firm for transport to and from the airport. She is also happy to organise a shopping list for guests who require such service.
