Don’t miss RHS Rosemoor Gardens and The Big Sheep (4.5 miles), a popular attraction with farm animals, indoor play, rides and seasonal shows that children and adults will love. Everyone will enjoy an outing to Clovelly (15 miles), a picturesque cliffside village where cobbled streets lead down to a picturesque and historic harbour.

The living area boasts comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and views out through wide bi fold doors with a shallow threshold to make for easier access leads to the tiered patio beyond. Both bedrooms have been carefully considered for a restful stay. The first is a luxurious king-size room with built-in wardrobes, a Smart TV, and a private en-suite shower room. The second bedroom features a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made into a twin on request, and comes with its own en-suite shower room.
Outside, the rear patio is a private sanctuary for sunbathing, unwinding with a book, or enjoying al fresco meal. There’s a BBQ, and comfortable seating. Plus an outside tap ideal for rinsing off salty wetsuits or sandy paws. A gentle slope to the side provides accessibility for guests with limited mobility. Surrounding private lawned grounds add a feeling of space, and a large fish pond in the adjacent owners garden adds a natural touch – just be mindful with little ones or pets around.
