Ferriwais is a lovely three-storey cottage on the quayside in Appledore, Devon. Hosting three double bedrooms, one on the second-floor and two on the first, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room/utility, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is an enclosed patio with seating and unrestricted roadside parking, with additional parking in a nearby public car park subject to charges. Ferriwais makes a fabulous holiday home for a break to Devon for three couples.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor and thermostatically controlled radiators in each bedroom. Range cooker with gas hob, microwave, large French Style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Sky Q and Samsung sound bar plus DVD player, Wi-fi and Sonos Play:5 speaker. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Unrestricted parking on roadside and nearby public car park, charges apply.
