The studio is on the first floor of a traditional historic building and features a French door overlooking the street â the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and soak up the relaxed atmosphere of this unique area.
Wander through the wonders of San Frediano: stroll along historic alleys, discover artisan workshops, stop at charming cafĂ©s, and immerse yourself in the authentic vibe of the neighborhood. A pleasant walk will take you easily to Florenceâs historic center, where youâll find iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery.
Our studio is the perfect choice for living Florence like a local, with all the charm of the Renaissance within easy reach and the magical ambiance of the Oltrarno as the backdrop to your stay.

The flat is entirely at your disposal.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: âŹ10 ( âŹ15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: âŹ25
From 8pm to 10pm: âŹ35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: âŹ45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
