Cet appartement est idéalement situé, tout est à portée de marche. Il est propre, confortable et trÚs grand pour 2 pers. Sa proximité des lieux emblématiques permet de venir faire une pause en journée. Un super séjour.

We recently stayed at the Aurora apartment for a week and loved the entire experience. Three items stand out - location, the historic building and the host. The location is right in the middle of the District 1 historic area. Very convenient to all the best sights. And close enough that we were able to walk back and forth during the day. We would tour all day and return back for a rest before dinner. Second is the historic building. As the description states, this is an old building with unique architectural details which has been updated to today’s living. The apartment has very comfortable spaces to relax or cook. And the air conditioning worked well for several hot days! Finally, the host was very quick and responsive with communication. Any questions were answered promptly. The check-in process is completely self check-in and they provided all the information needed to access the building and the apartment. Overall, I would recommend this apartment. It is truly a unique space. If you want a cookie cutter room with free breakfast, go stay at a hotel. This place is special.

Once inside the building, we were an initially confused as to which apartment it was, but once we found it, we were thrilled with what was inside! The apartment is adorable, bed was comfortable, and shower was great! This location is the BEST! Super close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and had all the amenities. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The worst thing is that it took us about an hour to get in and the process was cumbersome. The hosts texted back later but were not readily available to help.There is an unpleasant odor in the building. The info in the apartment explained that there is nothing that can be done about that as it's a very old building with old sewers. Once we turned on the air conditioner, the odor was better.

This place was exactly what we hoped for! Very centrally located (you could not ask for a better location!), authentic Florence living experience (the other apartments were occupied by people who live there not tourists), and comfortable for the two of us. Communication with the host was easy and supportive. If you are looking for a simple, convenient, and comfortable apartment--we highly recommend this one!

Florence Retreat

We had a great experience staying at the apartment. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere including to and from the train station with our luggage. Check in was easy and the place had so much charm. Very quiet and a great retreat to come back to after a long day seeing the sights. Would stay again

It was okay

It was okay. All the VRBO’s I’ve stayed at have been wonderful. This one had a 9.8 and I don’t know how. I had asked in the first communication with the host to leave sheets for the fold out couch and there were no sheets. The mattress pad was dirty on the fold out couch. Dish towels were stained.Just not exactly as the pictures showed. The location was wonderful and the pillows were good. That’s the best I have to say about it

At home in the Centro Storico

I love my little apartment in the middle of the historic district of Florence. Everything was needed as a pin, and I loved the wooden beams above my head and the little walk up window overlooking the tiny side street. I was also grateful that the air conditioning in the bedroom worked, as it actually reached 100° one of the days I stayed there. But it was convenient enough that I could go out in the morning and do something fun grab a caffÚ e il cornetto, and then slip back into the apartment to chill and relax during the hottest part of the day. Then I could go back out for the late afternoon and evening with that late dinner in the beautiful Florence evening..
