This impressive 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, spread over three spacious floors, is currently undergoing renovation to ensure the furniture and décor are even better than in the photos.
Ground Floor:
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading to our charming spacious patio for alfresco dinners. Enjoy this private oasis on sunny days – truly your sanctuary in the heart of London!
Basement:
Designed to let in plenty of natural light, the basement offers a very generous bedroom space, along with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. there is also a separate office space for the guests that need to work from home. We have an extra single bed that is ideal for a child
First Floor:
The first floor houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a double or king-size bed and ample storage space for your belongings. These bedrooms share a family bathroom complete with a bathtub.
From the top floors, you can hear the iconic sounds of Big Ben at night and enjoy views of the London Eye!
Local Amenities:
A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and directly across the road, you'll find a fantastic Italian delicatessen offering fresh organic produce and a delightful vegetarian restaurant.

Only a 5-minute walk to the River Thames.
A short stroll to Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Tate Britain art gallery.

A 10-15 minute walk to Pimlico and Victoria, finding an array of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, food/farmers markets, and supermarkets.

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.
We will stay in touch with you before your stay and we will personally meet you for the check-in and provide you with some tips to make the most of the area and London. We love traveling and we love making our guests make the most of what this wonderful city has to offer! As we will not be staying in the property, but we are just a call, email or a text away!
Please note this is a home so we keep personal belongings although we ensure there is enough space for you to feel at home. We also kindly request our guest to respect and keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.
There are cameras outside the apartment. One by the main entrance to the building and one in the corridor in the common areas. No cameras within the apartment.
CHECK IN from 3pm
CHECK OUT by 11am
We agree together your ½ hour check-in slot according to your landing time allowing plenty of time for you to travel to the house.
We can always accommodate changes in check-in time up to the day before your check-in date and we will do our best to accommodate same day changes.
Please bear in mind that last minute changes or if you fail to let us know your arrival time has changed will incur an extra £30 for every hour or fraction of hour past the agreed arrival time. Please call, text or email prior your departure.
LATE/EARLY CHECK IN/OUT FEES
• If you wish to book a check-in from 8pm to 11pm, it will incur an extra £50 fee.
• If you wish to book a check-in from 11pm onwards, it will incur an extra £100.
• You can book an early check-in or late check-out at a fee (according to availability), please ask for a quote.
• You can also drop your bags at no extra charge from 11am to 2pm if agreed in advance.
Please let us know in your enquiry how many people and how many beds do you require so that we can get them ready for you. Please note we charge an additional £18 per night for infants.
We can also prepare a sofa bed in the study that is next to the bedroom in the basement level. This is intended for children as these rooms are connected and for parties of 4-6 people that require it (to request in advance). Please note that a £35 extra fee applies if you need it because we need to hire an extra set of laundry and set it up
