The Space:

• Living & Dining Area: A stylish open-plan space with a large sofa, a cozy fireplace, a mounted TV, and built-in shelving displaying books and decor. The dining table, seating 6, is a lovely space to enjoy a home cooked meal.



• Kitchen: A sleek, modern kitchen with white cabinetry, wooden flooring, and an island bar offering additional seating. Fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.



• Bedrooms: This home offers four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with practicality in mind. The largest bedroom features a king-size bed, while two additional rooms are furnished with double beds. A fourth bedroom includes a single bed, providing versatility for different guest needs.



• Bathrooms: Three and a half bathrooms in total – two en-suite with showers, one with a bathtub, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Stylishly finished with modern fittings and large mirrors.



• Outdoor Space: A shared garden with patio seating, greenery, and a tranquil atmosphere.



Guest Access:

The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.

Bayswater is a lively and well-connected area with easy access to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and Notting Hill. Guests can explore the nearby restaurants, cafes, and boutiques of Westbourne Grove or visit the famous Portobello Road Market. Major London attractions such as Oxford Street and the West End are just 15-20 minutes away via public transport.



Getting Around:

Bayswater Station (Circle and District Lines) is a 5-minute walk away, while Queensway Station (Central Line) is just a 7-minute walk, offering fast connections to central London. Several bus routes also serve the area, providing easy access to key attractions. For those driving, the allocated parking space allows guests to explore London and beyond by car.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is situated over three floors and guests are required to use stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The windows are fitted with burglar bars for added security and are fixed in place, so they cannot be opened.

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
