The strategic position on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, allows you to reach both the seaside areas of La Spezia and the landscape and cultural destinations of Tuscany.
The house consists of two living rooms, kitchen, dining area, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and private parking, free and guaranteed.

- KITCHEN with induction hob, dining table with chairs, refrigerator, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, sofa, bedside tables, chest of drawers;

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
City tax payment will be required.
The accommodation is located in a strategic area, able to offer all the necessary services.
The location allows you to reach by car both the seaside areas of Liguria, and the splendid Cinque Terre, both the cities of cultural interest in Tuscany (Lucca and the marble quarries of Carrara), and the small villages of historical interest such as Castelnuovo, Montemarcello and Luni; furthermore in the hamlet of Luni it is possible to visit the interesting National Archaeological Museum and the archaeological area of ââLuni, as well as having the opportunity to take splendid bike rides.

- Marinella di Sarzana: 7 minutes by car;
- Marina di Carrara: 10 minutes by car;
