The two-bedroom flat directly across from the Royal Palace Gardens is just a five-minute walk from Plaza de Espana and in the heart of Madrid. You’ll be able to enjoy Madrid to the fullest as it is close to the main points of interests and public transport.

The space is well suitable for 4 guests and ideal for a family or two couples visiting the city for work and pleasure.

In the fall, winter, and spring you have a view of the Royal Palace and Gardens from the living room and guest room/office. During the summertime, the tree leaves obstruct the view.

The Living room has a comfortable couch with a large screen TV that includes Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, HBO, Showtime, Disney, CNN, Fox and many more United States and European Networks.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, blender, kettle and all utensils needed to make a homemade meal.

The Master bedroom has one double size bed with a large closet and big screen TV which include Netflix, Hulu, Disney and many European Networks.

The second bedroom has one double size bed with a large closet that overlooks the Royal Palace Gardens when not obstructed from the tree leaves in the Autumn and Winter.

The 2 bathrooms come with two towels each and L’occitane soap, shower oil, shampoo & conditioner.

You will have access to the entire apartment.
