Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay in 1911.. the room was pretty clean. A few issues to mention, the front door is horrible and needs to be replaced as it doesn’t close well and doesn’t stay latched unless you put the top lock on. The balcony sliding door will not lock. Also the drawers fall out of the night stands and the shower leaks in the 2nd bedroom. Overall though we had a great time, and we will stay at Aqua again.

Excellent location and experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the summit the last 3 years, and decided this year we needed a change. Aqua resort is amazing, clean and the location is perfect. Our room was immaculate and decorated perfect. Only thing I didn't care for was the pool closes at 10pm. I thought at least 11 or even later would've been great and especially having teenage girls. Also a tiki bar and restaurant on the property would make this resort a 10/10. As it was, it's a solid 9.5/10. Highly recommend Aqua!

Reviewer Comments: we stayed here for fall break. great location, great amenities. the washer door was broken and we had to call maintenance several times because the washer was holding our clothes hostage. however, they came up and provided us the use of the utility room of the empty condo next door. not ideal, but still grateful for the solution. other than that issue, i would definitely stay at aqua again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several issues with the washer and dryer. The main bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, Most furniture was worn out and needed to be replaced. We thought we were even going to have to buy a new coffee pot for the room. I would not recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was great! It was clean and well maintained. The wrap around terrace offers views of the gulf as well as land views, which very pretty at night. This may be affected at some point in the future as there is a new building being constructed on the west side of the condo. the small bunk space could be further enhanced it provided some element of privacy with some sort of cover. An accordian type blind wou;ld solve that, as adults use that space as well as younger folks Until then book and enjoy! I will definately consider that unit in the future.

Never thought I’d be at eye level with a crane operator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was awesome. Disappointed that the lobby was closed. An elevator was being worked on every day. Mostly that we were on an end unit 19 floors up and were looking a floor down on an entire building company building a new condo. Terribly disappointing. I couldn’t sit on the balcony at all without workers looking at us. I feel like the condo should have given us a heads up so we could choose a different room. I understand that there will always be new condos going up, but it feels deceptive that we weren’t given a choice to move.

Reviewer Comments: The Aqua has always been a place we've stayed at & enjoyed.But during our 2 week vacation Spring Bike Week, we experienced the worst!From This resort offering no level Bike parking, or trailer parking, paying for Parking & Not being assigned spots! From rudeness at checking in to elevator issues being stuck I'm elevator to broken appliances and to a young kid trying to be a security guard & harassing people including us at the Pool! To checking out 3 days earlier..Probably the worst! Time spent! We've always enjoyed the Aqua bc of convenient.. This resort has a top parking floor that almost never gets used, should really think about utilizing it for Bikers! All in all the Rudeness & not willing to work along side of people paying to stay at the Aqua, We won't be returning customers.

Nearly perfect week at the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in had many, many positive features, including a stellar view of the Gulf. Overall, it was a wonderful visit. However, I would suggest to the owner/management team to check a few items before leasing to next guests. 1) The hall table is almost completely broken, and could fall apart soon. 2) While my son stayed in the same condo plan a couple of floors away and had smart tv features, our unit did not. Selection of tv programs was very, very limited. 3) We had to re-wash several cooking pans before we could use them. 4) The bathtub was EXTREMELY slippery and almost caused a fall. 5) There is a large crack in the wall seam by the tub. Overall, the bathroom with the tub needs some repair.Again, we loved our week at Aqua. We've stayed at your facility before, and will again. The positives definitely outweigh the minor glitches we found.

Sun Rise-Sun Set

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Aqua multiple times and each time it gets better!!!! This time I woke up early several mornings to watch the sun rise on the front balcony, then in the evening watched the sun set over The Gulf of Mexico. That is a most spectacular sight!!!! The unit was wonderful from the updated decor and the beach home feel to spacious rooms. We would highly recommend this unit as well as the staff at Aqua. Every person we came in contact with made this an outstanding vacation for my wife and me.
