Beautiful condo

This is the first time that we have stayed in 0602 but it was a nice unit that was clean and well furnished. The management team at Aqua is excellent and always very helpful. Great Snowbird Nest

When a light bulb burned out and a toilet continued to run maintenance repaired quickly. Great staff to work with. We walked a half mile to Pier Park for restaurants, movies and shopping. April 2024 Our 2nd stay in Unit 602

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th yr staying at the Aqua and 2nd yr in Unit 602. One of the toilets had not been cleaned and washcloths were not stocked. I was told there were problems with housekeeping and the issues were resolved. The patio furniture is worn to the point where we don't lounge or eat on the balcony and the barstools are worn as well. Otherwise the unit is accommodating and serves the purpose of bringing our family together.

The balcony was very spacious. One of the employees called us the morning of our second day to ensure the condo was to our liking. I thought that was very nice and personable. We will probably wait until peak season is out next time. Lol!

Aqua 602-Great place!

We just got home from a quick trip down to PCB from KY. The unit was just as pictured. Very nice and clean! The carpet was a nice touch instead of cold hard tile throughout! The patio furniture is a whole other story though. It all needs to be replaced ASAP. Two of the four chairs at the table are completely broken and unusable. The loungers are saggy and uncomfortable. The only other suggestion I'd have is the master bathroom shower needs recalking. The walls have pulled away from the shower pan/floor. I'd highly recommend this unit to anyone traveling to PCB. This is our second trip staying at Aqua Condominiums and it is our favorite.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower in this unit needs caulking and updating. The chairs on the balcony were rusted and unsafe. Could not sit out and enjoy the view. The dining room chairs were soiled, and maintenance had to come up and tighten the legs. The bar stools had to be tightened up and should be replaced. The chair in this photo did not exist. Could not use the coffee cups because the glaze was scratched up.

July 4th Blow Out

There was ton of traffic during our stay and the only complaint was slow elevators.

Great Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a very positive experience. We had a sudden family illness and the staff (Robin) worked with me to adjust our plans. Everything was as promised - very clean and furnishings were very nice. Carpet is scheduled to be replaced and I was told that upfront. Kitchen was very well equipped. Views are incredible. We loved the pools and the hot tub. Grounds, pool, hot tub very very clean and well-maintained. Beach access was fabulous. We had a great time. Also, grounds and maintenance staff were very helpful and polite. It was a fantastic experience in every way.

Reviewer Comments: Aqua has been a great condo complex; however, the individual rooms from the last two times that we have stayed there have been less than satisfactory. The rooms have been dirty and/ or in need of repair. This time a dirty towel from a previous guest was left hanging on the back of one of the bathroom doors (yes, amid the COVID19 outbreak). Additionally, baseboards were off in the master bedroom and the doors to the closets were off-kilter. The furnishings were fine (couch, etc);however, general repairs and new carpeting were needed.

The down side was the condo needs some TLC. The carpet is worn and in need of replacing.The second bedroom was missing the baseboard behind the bed. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom of the master. A little updating would make it quite appealing.

Family vacation July 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 0602 it was perfect location 6th floor right off elvator perfect view from the balcony. Its close to pier park and all the shops. Perfect. The room was a little out of date plugin second bedroom did not work beside bed.we had no frying pans But the room was big and very comfortable for our family. The parking garage fills up fast and spaces are small but you can call security if no spces and get code to basement. If you have more than 2 vehicles you can park at pier park for gree and its safe. You have to have codes for everything to get to pool room and garage all different. Check in they text you when rooms are ready.you dont actually see anyone. We had a wonderful time cant wait yo go back.

Great location but not in good condition

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Aqua several times over the years. Our previous condos were amazing. This condo had the space we needed but the conditions were disappointing. The carpet needs to be replaced. Really gross! The guest bedroom had a whole section of bottom molding gone. The most disappointing (other than the carpet) was the outside furniture. It was very old and uncomfortable. Mixed match furniture that needs to go to the dump. Sadly, we won’t stay here again.

No comfortable seating

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only 1 chair was firm and high enough to be comfortable. The furnace & dishwasher required maintenance. Lighting was very poor and several of the most convenient plugs would not hold in the plugs. No reachable tables to use for drinks while using any seating but the one firm chair. The bedding in the \master bedroom was very poor. The top sheet was so large it was dragging on the floor on both sides of the bed. All the stools at the bar were very rickety requiring tools to tighten them. No tools available. The sound on the TV was very hard to hear and understand conversations. The kitchen supplies were ]]marginal at best. Phone was provided but no one knew the phone number. Calling out was okay, you could not have anyone call in. The deck furniture nice. The weather didn’t cooperate with sitting outside. I think an upgrade and maintenance overhaul would be in order.

Great family get a way!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our family beach vacation stay at Aquq this year! 602 was a very nice condo with lots of room for our family. We had our son and daughter with their spouces, along with the two grandchildren. This condo has a set of beach chairs with it and was an added bonus. The staff at Aqua were very nice and attentive to our needs!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sofa & recliner have been worn out for years. I rented a recliner. Chairs on balcony were replaced after we took pictures. Debbie said we were going to fall through all 4 of them. New ones were very cheap & uncomfortable. Without washer for 6 days while part was ordered. Had to go down stairs to another one everyday. Light fixture in kitchen about to fall. Smoke detector had to have new battery. Took 1 hour & 20 minutes to fix TV's for new service provider. Declined carpet being cleaned because we were exhausted from trip. Felt like it should have been cleaned before our arrival. We rented for 2 months. Have stayed there several years but won't anymore unless updated throughout. Thank you.
