Main Bedroom with wooden floor, king size double bed, double wardrobe, wall mounted 22" TV/DVD
En-suite shower room with low level WC, wash hand basin and shower, shaver point.
Bedroom 2:- twin configuration with triple wardrobe with drawers, clock radio. Wood floor throughout.
Bedroom 3:- twin configuration with double wardrobe with drawers. Wood floor throughout.
Family bathroom - A walk-in shower enclosure has replaced the bath. Low level WC, towel rail, wash hand basin and shaver point.
Kitchen / Family / Dining Area with Dining Table and chairs comfortably seating 6 plus two easy chairs, wall mounted 32" TV, Bluetooth music player.
Kitchen with high specification fitted kitchen units, free standing Fridge Freezer, Double Oven with Gas Hob and Dishwasher.
French doors leading to Private Rear Patio Garden with large raised terrace with superb views of the estuary garden furniture - wide steps with feature planters lead down into the lower patio area with furniture and BBQ.
Utility Area with Washer Dryer and Microwave.
Stairs leading to:
Spacious Living Room with French Doors and Juliet Balcony. Lovely views of the estuary and beyond. Comfortable living room leather sofas and armchairs, 42" TV and DVD player, Bluetooth music player.

Electricity and gas heating included in rental price.
Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
Maximum of two pets are accepted £40 per pet per week by prior arrangement.
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100 due prior to commencement of stay.

Towels B.Y.O or option to hire bath towels for your visit at £5 per person - you can chose at time of booking and via your Guest Log in.
