The perfect Holiday Home for families looking for a Cornish coastal stay. Ideally situated within walking distance of Harlyn Bay near Padstow North Cornwall. Kegyn is a three-bedroom holiday cottage accommodating up to 5 guests, accepting pets, with parking for 2 vehicles.
Harlyn Bay is a wide sandy beach, popular for surfing and body-boarding. With Lifeguard patrol daily through until the end of September - Harlyn Bay proves ever popular as a dog friendly beach and with families looking to spend their holidays enjoying the surf and sand.
Padstow and Surrounding areas in North Cornwall continue to be a first choice destination for many visitors year on year, with many beautiful beaches, popular restaurants, and places of interest to visit all within close proximity. Local information is all provided within your accommodation in your welcome information.
The property is bright and roomy & benefits from comfortable accommodation with wooden laminate flooring throughout the ground floor.

Ground floor WC - with pedestal wash hand basin.
Living Room - Spacious room providing guests with comfortable Lounge seating, coffee table, side lamps and TV with Freeview
The Kitchen/Diner - Fully equipped fitted kitchen complete with all the necessary mod cons for a self catering holiday including Krups coffee pod machine and dining table and chairs.
Patio doors lead out directly to:
Outside: Patio area with picnic table.
Stairs from the Living area give access to all 3 Bedrooms at first floor level
Bedroom One - Double bedroom - With en-suite facilities
Bedroom Two -Twin bedroom - Two single beds with bedside table and lamps.
Bedroom Three-Single Bedroom - Single Bed with bedside table and lamp.
Family Bathroom - wash hand basin with corner WC, bath with shower over.
Guests can also benefit from access to the communal courtyard and bbq area.
Bedding: Bed Linen & Towels provided
Pets - Two pets accepted at £30 per pet per stay for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
Electricity and Heating included in Rental.
Changeover Day - Saturday Arrival is 4pm and Departure is 10am prompt
