À propos de cet hébergement

Tynedale, dort sept personnes dans quatre chambres à coucher et de est centralement situé dans le match amical village North Cornwall de St Teath. Il est la base parfait pour un vacances en plein air ou de la famille. Dix minutes de la côte glorieuse North Cornwall pour la marche et la mer. Il est proche de les charmantes villes de balnéaires de Port Isaac (des Doc Martin des points de gloire), Rock, le plus grand plaisir de Padstow de les foodies, Polzeathand Widemouth Bay pour le surf, le paysage sauvage de arthurienne Tintagel, l'South West Coast Path, Poldark pays, Rosamund trail Pilcher et de nombreux d'autres sites pittoresques et historiques.

La région regorge avec de bons restaurants et pubs sympathiques, il est au sein de facile portée des l'Eden Project (45 minutes) et beaucoup d'entre les autres attractions, à la fois naturelle et l'homme-faite que Cornwall a à offrir. La petite ville animée de Wadebridge est à vingt minutes, avec ses trois supermarchés et de boutiques spécialisées intéressants.

Le chalet a deux chambres de vie confortables, chacune avec la télévision et connectez-vous brûleur. Les quatre chambres à coucher confortables et spacieuse et bien-cuisine équipée / salle à manger rendent également, il est idéal pour juste chilling out. Gratuit wi-fi est fourni le long avec une bonne sélection de jeux et un Wii. Le patio isolée avec barbecue et meubles de jardin offre un espace de détente pour manger en plein air et divertissant, et la propriété possède également une charmante jardin avant à faible-de maintenance.

St. Teath accueille ses visiteurs avec un bureau boutique / de poste / off licence ("ouvrir toutes les heures"), boucherie vendant de la viande produite localement, une église 14e de siècle et un pub dog- et de l'enfant-amicale servant d'excellents et de bonnes repas de valeur, tous les au sein de de 200 verges de votre porte d'entrée. La zone est le paradis d'un pooch et nous nous félicitons jusqu'à deux chiens bien élevés.

St Teath cottage

Good sized cottage, very well equipped and conveniently located for local attractions. Local pub close by, and fine for a basic meal and a drink. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, patio dog secure garden.

Lovely holiday cottage

Great cottage for our family break. Loads of room, very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Lovely pub and cafe on the doorstep - such a shame the shop isn't open any more Perfect location to explore Cornwallis Cornwall

Wonderful holiday stay

Owners were so welcoming and the community in the village were so kind and helpful. We loved the cottage and had some amazing days out at local beaches. Local cafe and pub are amazing. They serve fantastic food and all at very reasonable prices. Everyone was so friendly.

5 plus 2 dogs go to north Cornwall

Nice quaint cottage, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable lounges. Ideal for 5 adults and two dogs. Quiet location with an excellent pub, serving lovely value for food and a good pint. Overall well worth the 8 hr journey down and 10hr return to Essex.

Really helpful host and housekeeper, the rooms are lovely and light and feel very spacious. Great location being on a bus route and having a pub virtually next door. Would definitely stay again

Great cottage in the heard of a lovely village

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage was lovely and very spacious. Very well equipped especially the kitchen. Quite creaky but otherwise very peaceful and St Teath is a lovely village.

Reunited with family and friends

We were altogether 7 adults but although Tynedale doesn't have big rooms we didn't feel cramped and all loved the large kitchen table. Near many beautiful spots and walking distance of a nice traditional pub.

St Teath with my doggy

Loved my stay with my dog Ralph who loved the beaches. Had a slight issue with connecting to the internet when I arrived but that was sorted and Christine was on the phone to assist as well. The downside is that parking isn't great and I didn't fancy leaving my car in the road outside the house but I always managed to get a space in the square opposite the pub. The pub was only 50 or so metres from the house so no problem with the worry about drinking and driving and the food was very good.

Clean, quaint, quiet cottage

The cottage was beautiful, the inside was very quaint and cosy! Very large inside, so plenty of space for our whole family. Only downside was the shower head in the main bathroom is slightly broken, it won’t hold itself up. But overall the stay was perfect!

Cornwall stay

Enjoyed everything about the house & its surroundings & highly recommend eating at the White Hart Pub next door. The only thing about the property that I would change are the bed mattress they where without a shadow of doubt the most uncomfortable things to sleep on but I understand that to others they may be perfect but in these days of memory foam this is the way too go to replace old spring mattress.

A week in Cornwall

Nice property well suited for our needs, lots of space to spread out. Did short trips from the property which were great, Bodmin, Port Isaac, Padstow etc. Two small items, need a few more kitchen towels, and new pillows they were awful. Parking in front of the house you take your life in your hands but always found a place around the clock tower 2 minutes walk away. All in all a very enjoyable stay, thanks.

Great Stay

The property was easily large enough for three adults and 3 children. A great location for lots of north Cornwall attractions and beaches. The pub is 50m away and has a good playground and serves good food. My only real criticisms of the property were the kitchen was missing a couple of family sized dishes and the house was in need of a little tlc. However these were minor criticisms.

Fabulous

The photos certainly don’t do this place justice. The cottage was charming and more than adequate for 6 adults. The biscuits and flowers left on the table were a lovely touch after a long journey. We will definitely be back again. The village is quaint and very peaceful and we were fortunate enough to be visiting in Carnival week too. After holidaying in Cornwall for over 50 years I can truly say this is one of the nicest places we have stayed in, such a cosy, homely feel. Well worth a visit!!

Amazing!,

An amazing holiday, the owner of the cottage Liz met us with a warm smile and a fabulous home bake cake. We had a wonderful time, St Teath is a warm and friendly village a great base to stay and very central to many places to explore. We spent fabulous sunny days visiting Padstow, Port Issac, Newquay and Tintagel castle and many more places. The cottage was lovely, spacious and extremely well equipped Highly recommended and but most importantly dog friendly. A mention must also go the White hart pub 2 doors along great food and very welcoming.

Lovely Cottage

Cottage was lovely. Very spacious and well equipped as came with my hubby my sister and hubby my mum and both our small dogs. Washer / dryer and even pegs to peg washing out. 3 dishwasher tablets provided which was just enough as we ate out mainly. Lovely location in a lovely village with local pub and butcher. Would defs recommend and stay here again.

Very cozy house!

The house was super cozy and, apart from the weather, we had a very nice holiday. Above all, the kitchen was very good, except for the blunt knives that just weren't fun to cook with. Unfortunately, the digital equipment (fast internet and Amazon Prime) was far too good... Our children could hardly get out of the house. The house is located in the middle of a little town, which has the disadvantage that you really have to do everything by car. Due to the narrow local streets, this usually took a relatively long time. Shopping in Wadebridge (Tesco) quickly took two hours and more. If you like hiking and aren't afraid to use the car more often, this is a perfect house in a quiet, tourist-free little town. However, apart from a pub, a cafe and a post office, there is no infrastructure for daily needs. To do this you then have to drive to Wadebridge (approx. 15 minutes). Apart from a very small courtyard, there is no garden, which didn't bother us much given the bad weather. Overall, a very individual, beautiful house in which we felt comfortable.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful village

The cottage was beautifully presented and just as shown in the pictures. When we arrived we were greeted with a delicious Victoria sponge cake which was a welcome refreshment after a long drive. Although the owner could not be there to greet us she left a note, arrangements to access the property and was in regular contact via HomeAway. There were 3 of us staying (a couple and young child) and we had ample space. For larger groups there are sufficient bedrooms and two living rooms to ensure everyone has their own space. The village was nice and we enjoyed walking around it the first night, albeit there isn’t a great deal to see in the immediate vicinity. There was a friendly pub and a surprisingly well stocked shop (open fairly long hours) within very short walk. The parking was directly outside the house but on a main road through the village which could get quite busy. We parked without incident outside the house for the first day but chose to park on a quieter nearby street as it was easier to get the baby into the car. The village itself is only a short drive (c. 10-20 mins) from many nearby tourist spots and larger towns so we found no issues filling our week with activities. Daymer Bay was a highlight as was the Eden Project (c. 40 min drive). Overall we had a very relaxing week and enjoyed our stay in the property. We’re already discussing visiting again next year!

I am mum to three strapping sons (and now two grandsons) and live just an hour away from Tynedale. We have spent most of our summers and holidays in North Cornwall and my children grew up eating chips and sandy pasties on the beach between tides and surf. We boat and spend as much time as possible afloat and fishing off the beautiful Cornish coast during the good weather. Tynedale is a family home and we have relatives in the village and local area. It is lovely to hear stories of how others enjoy the house as we have and hope you will also love St Teath and make happy and lasting memories for all the family.

It is comfortable and well-furnished and equipped but child- and dog-friendly. The log burners give it a cosy atmosphere. It is well-placed for activities and attractions but not overrun with other visitors.
