Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few important points for future guests. We are a private accommodation and not a hotel, which means daily housekeeping is not automatically included. However, we do provide cleaning service upon request, and we kindly ask guests to notify us at least one evening in advance, as our housekeeping team operates only in the morning. This information is communicated in advance, and we are always happy to arrange additional cleaning when requested on time. As a private accommodation, we provide complimentary starter amenities such as shampoo, soap, coffee, and basic supplies for the beginning of the stay. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items themselves, which is standard practice for this type of accommodation. Regarding the building, we are located in the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik, where elevators are not permitted due to heritage protection regulations. This is a historic area with traditional buildings, and stairs are unavoidable throughout the Old Town. Unfortunately, we do not have physical space for luggage storage on-site. However, we have arranged a convenient solution nearby: guests can use FREE luggage storage in the next street when booking a tour with our partner company — an option many guests find very helpful. Guests who prefer not to book a tour can still use the same luggage storage service for an additional fee. We always aim to be transparent and to provide more amenities than typically offered in private accommodations, and we regret if this was not aligned with your expectations.
