Peaceful 3-Bed Home in Tivoli
Welcome to our peaceful 3 bedroom home in popular Tivoli, close to Montpellier and Central Cheltenham.
On the ground floor, a small entrance hallway either leads upstairs or to a spacious, open-plan lounge, diner, and kitchen, with sofas and dining for up to 6, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that leads out to the rear patio garden. Downstairs also has a modern shower room with a utility area that houses a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Upstairs, the first floor has 3 double bedrooms that can sleep 6 guests and a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The kitchen and home are well equipped with a fridge, under-counter freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
The rear garden has gated side access, allowing a car to park and offering rare off-road parking for one car (a rarity for the area). Street parking is also unrestricted in the area.
The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Tivoli Walk is a quiet road in the centre of Tivoli and many of Cheltenham best bars and restaurants are a short walk away such as the highly recommended Gastro pub, "The Tivoli" which is just a 3 min walk away.
The Promenade is a 12 Minute walk away
Imperial Gardens is 15 minute walk away
The High Street is a 21 minute walk away
We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary appliance you might need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If you require any other cooking essentials, let us know, and we can supply and advise on the cost.
The home comes with complimentary Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV that enables you to access your own streaming accounts. We supply all linen for each of the double beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel.
We offer complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Our check-in and check-out times are listed in the property information. Where possible, we do try to accommodate early check-ins. We generally can let you know on the day if this is possible and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check-out, please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
Please take your shoes off on the carpeted areas.
We are pet friendly hosts but do charge an additional ÂŁ15 per night per pet (max 2) for guests that bring pets that will not be included in the price of your booking and will be requested separately after your booking is confirmed.
As hosts we are strictly no smoking in our properties which includes the rear garden.
